Welcome to your home away from home! This 3-bd 2.5 bath gem has everything you need to unwind and enjoy a beach vacation. Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, pack and play, and open living area to enjoy time with your loved ones. The primary bedroom has a king bed and dedicated workspace to use as needed. A short drive will get you to North Topsail Beach, with spectacular public beach access points across the island. The space

The home is split level, with the primary suite located downstairs. Living areas are very open with lots of windows and natural light. The lot is large and wooded, so lots of shade to stay comfortable in the summer (along with the occasional wildlife, water bugs, and spiders---managed with pest control). There is an herb garden in the backyard and great bird watching opportunities.

There are smart TVs in all bedrooms to help catch up on your favorite shows during rainy days. The soft throw blankets will help you snuggle up as you enjoy reading or playing board games. The LED fireplace will give ambiance and warmth on cold days (no propane for fire safety). When you're ready for a beach day, you will have access to beach towels and a cooler if needed.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the inside of the home.

There is electronic keyless access to the home. There are no shared neighborhood amenities.

Guests do not have access to garage, which is used for storage and supplies.
